Job description and details:  Tata AIA Life Insurance Company is a famous joint venture company, started by Tata Sons Ltd. and AIA Group Ltd. (AIA).
Tata AIA Life has the features of Tata’s pre-eminent leadership position in India and AIA’s presence as one of the largest, independent
listed pan-Asian life insurance group in the world spreading its wings in 18 markets in the Asia Pacific region. Tata AIA Life has the privilege of being retail new business weighted premium of INR 1,048 crores for the financial year ending March 2017.  If we see as of
March 31, 2017, the 13th month persistency of the company was at 82.20%. In the same period the retail claims
settlement ratio of the company was 96.01%. This company has been awarded as ‘Best Employer of the year’ for two consecutive
years in a row.
The detailed description of the present openings is as under:

Qualification: (a) B.A. B.Com, BCA, BTS and M.Com, MCA, MEG, MPA and MTM
(b) The students appearing in the final year/semester of BA, B.Com, BCA, BTS,
etc. may also apply
Remuneration: 2.80 lakhs + Incentive
Competencies Required: Best communication skills, Self-motivated, Willing to do sales, well groomed

A brief introductory session of the company highlighting company profile, job requirements,
CTC etc. will be held before the placement drive.
Important Note
Students are required to carry a signed copy of their resume/CV at the time of interview.
 After selection the student has to pursue and complete one year PGDLI programme from Manipal Academy of
Higher Education (4 months classroom training, followed with 2 months of internship, and 6 months
of on the job training).
 Total PGDLI programme fees is Rs. 1, 88,200 to be borne by student.
 Tata AIA Life Insurance Co. Ltd. will assist in getting education loan from associated banking and
non-banking financial institution (approval of loan will be subject to eligibility criteria set by
financers).
 During programme duration student will be earning a regular monthly stipend and after successful
completion of PGDLI will be hired as relationship manager with our direct sales force at the annual
package of 2.80 Lakhs (all inclusive).
 Total stipend that can be earned during 1 year of programme duration is 1, 36,000 (fixed)+ Incentive
(Variable & maximum amount that can be earned is 26,000 Rs).
 The students have to join the programme within 15days.
 The list of selected students will be declared at the end of the same day of interview. The candidates will be issued a provisional
offer letter immediately after they are selected.
 Candidates are advised to carry the following documents on the date of interview: an ID proof, Address
proof, 2 passport size photographs, mark sheets and certificates of X, XII & Graduation.
