I have registered for 34th convocation in the month of feb 2021and paid fee of Rs.600/- but unfortunately I was not printed out the Acknowledgement. Now While I was tried for it ignou says this no.is not registered. What I have to do? How can I get my original certificate? Helpline no.are not functioning.

In order to receive your degree you are advised to send an email to your regional Centre regional Centre will respond and then the regional Centre will speed post your certificate.
